Every Arzoo piece is crafted with 18k gold plating over high-quality materials for lasting shine and durability.

  • How should I care for my Arzoo pieces?

Each order includes a care card with simple tips to help you keep your jewellery looking beautiful.

  • Will the engraving fade or tarnish?

We use high-precision laser engraving, designed to be fade-resistant with proper care.

Packaging & Gifting

  • Is Arzoo jewellery gift-ready?

Yes, every order is beautifully gift-wrapped and arrives without pricing details, so it is ready to be given straight away.

Returns & Exchanges

  • Can I return or exchange an item?

Due to the personalized nature of our pieces we’re unable to accept returns or exchanges unless the item is faulty.

  • What if my item arrives damaged or faulty?

If something isn’t right, please email us at hello@shoparzoo.co.uk within 48 hours of delivery. Include your order number and photos of the issue — we’ll make it right.
